When YOU get an e-mail, just how has anyone prevented YOU from doing
whatever you want with the content of that e-mail? It's on their
property, not yours. Once sent, it is no longer under your control.
You'll will find it very difficult to enforce the common-law copyright
when publicly distributing an image for which you haven't bothered to
actually file a copyright.

Hi
This is getting a little deep..................

All I wanted to achieve was something similar to how a PDF works. I have
received emails from others in the past where no matter how you try to open
an item (i.e. logo/photo etc) it won't open.

you could make the signature an image - but if they are smart enough, they
can edit it. The no-right-click-to-save scripts won't work in email (and
are pointless in webpages and easily gotten around).
