How do I prioritize tasks in Outlook (A1, B1, C1)?

I've long used the Franklin Covey PlanPlus for Outlook add-in, but I
routinely get incompatibility issues with my new Palm Treo. I'm looking for a
way to prioritize tasks in Outlook so I can dispense with the PlanPlus add-in
for Outlook. So far, I can't find out how to do this in Outlook. Anyone have
any ideas?
