how do i print the second side only of a manual duplex booklet?

I have printed out several copies of a booklet, first side only, two pages to
each side. I would like to be able to use these same pages but am stymied as
to what numbers to ask the printer to print when I manually flip over the
first half to begin printing on the second half. Any suggestions? Thank you
in advance.
 
If you have checked the box for manual duplex, I think Word knows what to
do.
