how do I print the Bcc information?

Hi,
I've sent an email to many people using Bcc function. Then I want to print
out who did I sent to as a record, but when I print out the message, it just
didn't print the bcc receipient, does anyone know how to print this? Thanks

As you've found, Outlook will not allow the BCC field to be printed.
 
Do the following with your message in the "Sent folder": Hi-light message
and rt. click>properties>Details - the BCC heading will be listed. To
print: Hi-light BCC heading>rt-click>copy - open your word
processor>edit>paste>print.

Seems complicated - but works easy for individual e-mails.

Why? Just look at the email in your Sent Items folder. that will tell you
who you sent it to. Also if you print it out, there's always the danger that
a copy may fall inti the hands of someone you didn't want to see the bcc
field in the first place.

The situation is a complicated, we sent out email to ~1000 people, so we
sure don't want anyone to know everyone's email.
The reason we print it out is to prove to the court that we've sent out to
all these people.

I'd be very surprised if a court would accept this printout as proof. It
certainly does not prove you sent anything, only that certain names were on
a certain item in one of your folders.
