how do I print tab dividers

You go to Envelopes and Labels and select the correct Label type for the
Office Depot 8 dividers.

Sorry, I misread this as Avery Big Tab 8; I know that those products do
contain instructions. If the Office Depot ones don't, then see if you can
find an Avery template at the Avery Web site.
