How do i print forms from access on an index card?

I can t figure out how to print out the forms in access out on an index card

Use a screen capture program like SnagIt to capture the Access form:

Then resize the image. I use the free Irfanview for that:

and print to the proper size. Another program, that might make it easy for
you is ClickBook:
