How do I print emails showing file attachments?

I am using MS Office Professional 2003
In older versions of Outlook when you printed out an email it included the
names of any attached files.
How do you do this in Outlook 2003, I can not find it in Help.

did you install sp1? File names are only available with RTF format unless
you install SP1.
