I have tried without success to find the data source in a format that I can
print.

It is a listing of a campus committee, names and addresses. I can edit each
individual listing, but find no way to print the complete list.

I don't understand what you mean. You can tell I don't know much about this.
Windows XP is new to me.

I am not sure what you mean. Windows XP is new to me and I am learning about
data sources.

Data source is a generic term that could mean many different things. Do you
mean an ODBC data source? This is the type of data source that you would get
to by choosing Control Panel, then Administrative Tools, then Data Sources
(ODBC)?
