How do I print a timeline in the tasks section?

I would like to print the timeline for other managers to see what projects
are pending. I like the visual for reference but can't share it with others.

It cannot be printed. You can do screen shots of a slab at a time (not
pretty). Or give them permission to your folder so they can see it
themselves.
