How do I print a screen from a web page to a word doc?

I have seen it done but cannot do it myself. I know that there is a print
screen keystroke, then open a word doc & hit backspace and the screen is
produced in the word doc.
 
Backspace? Ctrl+V or any other keyboard shortcut for Paste will do it.
