How do I print a sample page from the 'preview' in Front Page

I am designing a simple website for a client at a different location and want
to send them samples via email, but they dont have Front Page. I don't want
to send theme a copy of the design view but the preview, so they can see what
it will look like. How?

have tried select all, copy and paste to a Word document and also thought of
printing to a pdf format, but there is no facility to print in preview - so
ideas would be very much appreciated, thanks.
