Are the label contents in a data file? If so, then do a merge.

If you'll need to type the contents, then go through the motions of creating
labels, then after selecting the desired label type, choose New Document.
Word will create a table with the label specifications as its dimensions.
You can then enter the data for the labels in the table cells. If you don't
see the cells, then choose Table - Show Gridlines from the menu.

In the Labels dialog, leave the address box blank and click the New
Document button. The document you get contains a table, with each cell
sized to match the label size. If you don't see the table edges, click
Table > Show Gridlines. Type the information in the cells.

An alternative is to make the information into a merge source document
(http://www.word.mvps.org/FAQs/MailMerge/CreateADataSource.htm) and
merge to labels.
