S Shauna Kelly Aug 30, 2006 #2 Hi This is not a setting related to Word. It's controlled by the printer settings in Windows. Start > Printers and Faxes. Click on your printer, then File > Properties. On the Advanced tab, click Separator page, and choose the separator page you want to use. There is information here on how to choose the right separator page: http://www.microsoft.com/resources/...print_use_separator_pages_table.mspx?mfr=true If you need any further information, I would suggest you ask in one of the newsgroups devoted to Windows. Hope this helps. Shauna Kelly. Microsoft MVP. http://www.shaunakelly.com/word
