How do I print a booklet?

I am trying to print a 16 page (half pages) booklet on 4 sheets of paper with
Word 2003. I have setup the page for booklet fold. My printer is an HP842C
and I have checked manual udplex for printing. The pages seem to be numbered
correctly (#16 and #1 are on the same sheet; #2 and #15 are on the same
sheet, etc.), but they do not print back to back the way they should. I have
#8 and #9 on the back of #16 and #1 and it should be #7 and #10 on the back
of #8 and #9. I cannot feed the second side in any differently or one side
will be upside down.

Maybe you need to set "Reverse print order" (Tools | Options | Print) before
printing the second side?
