How do I print 2 sided for dayrunner classic, 2 pages per sheet?

With previous versions of Outlook I printed my weekly calendar for my
dayrunner classic with no problem. Now I can't. Why? What can I do?

I can print double sided, however instead of the week being open, like a
book, with the begining of the week on the left and the end of the week on
the right, it comes out with the beginning on the front and the end on the
back. So the problem comes when I want to look at the full week. I hate the
idea of going out an buying pre-printed weekly pages for my dayrunner. It is
expensive and time consuming to re-write all of my appontments.

Can you help?
