How do I prevent autoarchive from archiving flagged messages

I would like to prevent autoarchive from archiving messages which I have flagged but not completed (even if they are past their follow-up dates or due dates). Does anyone know of a setting?

the SWEN virus, all mail sent to my personal account will be deleted
without reading.

After searching google.groups.com and finding no answer, Mark asked:
