How do I prepare labels from my Outlook Contacts?

I have contacts in my contact folder. How can I use these contacts to "mail
merge" names and addresses to labels?

See if you've got a Mail Merge command on your Tools menu when you're in the
Contacts folder. It should allow you to do what you want.
