How do I permanently unblock pictures in e-mail messages?

I frequently get the message "Some pictures have been blocked to help prevent
the sender from identifying your computer. Click here to download pictures".
How can I permanently disable this picture blocking and eliminate this
message?

In Outlook 2007, go to "Tools", "Trust Center", then select "Automatic
Download". There you will see various options for how pictures are handled
within your emails by Outlook. This does not, however, stop your AV,
firewall, etc. from blocking those same pictures and/or links.
