How do I paste range name list in worksheet?

How can I paste a list of range names into a worksheet in Excel 2007. The
pasr list option is not in the name manager
 
In the Ribbon, click the Formulas tab
In the Defined Names group, click Use in Formula
Click Paste Names
Click Paste List
