how do I package presentations to open automatically using 2003 vi

I want to e-mail (or even post to a website) a presentation to my clients,
and have them be able to view it as I intended it to appear (with images,
animation, embedded fonts and sound). I have PowerPoint 2003, but have no
way of knowing what version--if any--my clients have. I DON'T want them to
have to jump through a bunch of hoops to be able to see my marketing message
(like installing the viewer, then opening the presentation), so I want them
to be able to click one thing and have the presentation start automatically.
Ideas? I already tried saving it as a single web page (MHTML), and that
didn't work . . . my IT guy said the only way to get them to see what I want
them to see is to recreate it in an older version of PowerPoint, but older
versions don't support the same animation I used.

Creating as an executable file, then zipping it for email works for me (note,
some corporate servers to not accept ZIP files). My complex animations,
video, audio, links, all come through perfectly. Of course there are size
limitations - so sometimes I need to use my FTP site for transferring files.
