How Do I open .wps files in Microsoft Word 2003?

hey, i am having major trouble opening a document that i saved long time ago
before i had word 2003 in wordpad i think and i need that document and the
extension is .wps, and i downloaded some converters but none of them work. so
please can you help me open this document in word? thank you.
 
A .wps file is a Works file. Word 2003 includes converters for Works 6.0 and
7.0; for older versions, I believe Graham Mayor has converters available for
download at http://www.gmayor.com/downloads.htm
