How do I open outlook email attachments using the keyboard

When I receive an email message with an attachment, I would like to use the
keyboard to open the attachment rather than using the mouse

do you have a newer keyboard? try the context menu key, then h, arrow keys
to select the attachment (if more than one) and then enter
