how do i open ost files?

I used to use exchange server and used the offline option. Now I have these
ost files that I cannot seem to open. Any suggestions on how to open these
now?
 
You don't. You really need that connection to the Exchange Server.
There are some applications that can convert ost files to pst files but I
can't endorse them. You can search for yourself if you decide to take this
road.

You'll need a third-party tool. Google for OST2PST.
