How do I open an .mdb file if I don't have Access?

I want to download an MS Template that has Access files. I followed
directioned to download it and then use Winzip to extract the files. I end up
with the zip file and a .mdb file that I can't open. Any suggestions?

If you only want to access the data, but nothing else, you may be able
to use another program. There is a program for the Palm PIM called
Smartlist to Go that will access the data. There may be others. If you
really want to use the data, I suggest you really want to buy a copy of
Access.
