how do i omit rows for printing based on column value

excel 2003 how do i omit a row from printing based on a value i put in a
column?
 
You can't, the closest you would get would be to use a filter, otherwise you
would need VBA
There is another way using conditional formatting but it will still print
that row albeit with invisible
text
