How do I nest hyperlinks?

I want to set up a formula (e.g. in cell A10) that will allow users to have
an automatic link to a relevant website depending upon their input in
previous cells (e.g. cell A2) I assume that this would be done by using the
IF command.
I have set up hyperlinks in other cells (e.g. A20, A21, A22 etc)

The formula I have tried in cell A10 looks like =IF(A2=1,A20,IF(A2=2,A21)) etc
But the answer returned is not a link to the website but the name of the link.

Is there a special format for typing hyperlinks into formula?
