How do I move to each field in import specification dialog box

when importing text data how do I move from field to field on screen 4 of the
import wizard to skip fields, change field names or change the data type. I
can do this in the first field (column) but cannot advance to the next field
for changes.
 
Hi Katherine,

As far as I can remember this problem is cured by the most recent
service pack for your version of Office.
