How do I move programs into groups?!

Hello,

I am logged in as a user called User. I have installed two programs -
prog A and prog B.

I looked in start->programs - and they they are listed at the bottom.

I want to move these program short cuts to a folder called Apps.

I right clicked on the start button - went to Explore->C:\Documents
and Settings\User\Start Menu\Programs - and they are not listed.

I did the same for adminstrators and all users - the programs are not
listed in the program menu.

So how do I move them from the prgram list that I get when I go
start->prgrams to my Apps folder grouping?

Suggestions?

In the Menu, Grab the little beggers with the left mouse button, drag
them to the new location, drop them.(go slow so the menu can switch
subgroups)
