how do i move outlook data from external hard drive to new laptop

hi. i crashed my laptop but the hard drive is in good shape. i am now using
it as an external hard drive on my new laptop. i'd like to move all data
files from the old hard drive to my new system. i would like information on
how to import this data (outlook help file tells how to import from many
software programs and types of files but i can't find this info).

Copy the pst-files from the old drive to the new drive. Then connect to it
by File-> Open-> Outlook Data File... You can use Tools-> E-mail
Accounts...-> button Next-> dropdownlist Default delivery location to set
the pst-file where the e-mails should be delivered.
