how do I move my Outlook 2007 data to a new computer with Outlook

I have all my data in Outlook 2007 with Small Business Manager. Now I want
to move it to a new computer with Outlook 2007 without Small Business
Manager. I don't know if Small Business Manager is a factor, but I thought I
would mention it in case it was. How do I move my data to the new computer?
I want all my old emails, my contacts in their categories, and my calendar
with it's history.
