How do I move my contacts from windows mail (or cox.net) into Out

I have my contacts both in my cox.net and in windows mail. How do I move my
contacts into outlook

Have you looked at the IMPORT function in Outlook?
(tip - look at importing Internet Mail and ADDRESSES.....)
