how do i move journal entries from one computer to another

i am trying to move my contacts from an older computer with outlook 2000 to a
new computer with outlook 2003. was able to move all the contact data but
none of the journal entries did not come across. is there a way to move the
journal entries too?

i should add--i moved a copy of the outlook.pst file over my home
network...have opened it in the newly set up outlook 03 account and see all
that data except for the journal entries. i tried right clicking and trying
to associate the activities tab with the journal from the old file and still
no luck

i am making progress--i have found my journal entries now by using go to in
the pull down menu and selecting journal. i can view the journal entries and
see the contact they are associated with and open up their contact card.
but, i cannot do it the other way around, i.e. opening the contact, then
selecting the activities tab to view journal entries...what am i doing wrong?
