How do I move/delete/resize a box in an org. chart in Word?

Org. charts are my nemesis---I've used PowerPoint, and I have a heck of a
time, in general, but, specifically, getting the lines to look the way I want
them to. So, I decided to try and create an org. chart in Word, and the lines
seem to work a little better, but I can't seem to delete/resize or move a box
once it is established. I'm working in Word 2003. Should I just give up, and
return to PowerPoint, and be satisfied that the lines that I draw overshoot
and sometimes undershoot the boxes?

Thanks for helping me.

To resize a specific box, you must disable AutoLayout on the Layout menu on
the Organization Chart toolbar.

Thanks, Suzanne, I had seen the AutoLayout option previously, but was afraid
to touch it, thinking that it might affect the whole org. chart.

And, I see that I can move the boxes as well once that is toggled off.

Thanks again.
