How do I move a frozen Help Pane?

The opened Help pane is frozen to the topactive area of the the creen. I
would like to put it back to thje right side, tiled vertically. It does not
respond to grabbing with the mouse and moving...How to do?
 
In the Help window, select "show" then "auto-tile", the two top left-most
icons on help toolbar. Click until you get the position that you want.
