How do I modify an Org Chart that was created/copied into Word?

I received an Org Chart in Word (doc) that needs to be modified. However, it
appears that the person who orginally created copied the PowerPoint Org Chart
into Word.
 
What version of Word are you using?

They changed the Org Chart feature in Word 2002 so more than likely
the document was created in an earlier version using the old
Organizational Chart 2.0 (rather than copy/paste from PPT).

In any event the old Org Charts should convert. Are you not able to
edit it? What specific problems are you encountering?
