How do I modify a custom menu bar in Access 2007?

The close function that worked in 2003 will not work in 2007. How do I fix
that?
 
Hi Jason,
is this your issue?
Some toolbar buttons do not work in MDE, e.g. if you copied the Close button
from the Print Preview toolbar.
