How do I modify a business card?

I have a file of my business card both a jpg and pdf file. How do I use my
art work to make a business card? My file shows the logo and art work, but I
need to add the text. Can I copy text from an image of the card and add it
to the art work/

If all you have is a .jpg and a .pdf file you're going to need to use a
graphics program to edit the .jpg.

What program did you use to create the file in the first place?

Hi JoAnn. Thanks for the help. I am not sure how it was created, but the
files were emailed to me in both pdf and jpg format. The graphic covers the
entire card and I would like to overlay the graphic with text so that you can
still see the overlay around the text. Both files have (CYMK) in the
description. I have Office 2007 pro and Digital Image Suite. Could those be
used to change the graphic if needed?
