how do i migrate outlook 2003 email accounts to a new computer

I have xp on both computers
I have office 2003 on both compters
I have used transfer wizzard to move settings and files
Outlook settings and email accounts do not transfer
How does one migrate email accounts to a new computer?

You also need to use Office's Save My Settings wizard. It's on the Start
menu here: Start menu > All Programs > Microsoft Office > Microsoft Office
