how do I merge contact lists from various employees in our firm?

I want to merge contact lists in Outlook into one company wide contact list.
I have all employees lists as shared. How can I merge lists? What will
happen with duplicate entries?

There is a add-in for Outlook that can do this for you. QuickList from DS
Development. You can find out more about it,install the trial version or buy
the program from www.emailaddressmanager.com.
