How do I match the CLSID to the Com+ Application!!!!!!!!!!!! Please Help!!!

I'm having problems running ntbackup on a WinXP SP2 machine. I'm getting
the DCOM error id: 10016 and the following description: "The
machine-default permission settings do not grant Local Activation permission
for the COM Server application with CLSID {long number} to the user
Florida\backup SID (long SID #). This security permission can be modified
using the component services adminstrative tool."

I've run dcomcnfg and I have carefully searched for the app with the stated
CLSID, but I can't find it. My search has been limited to simply visually
going down the list of app's. Is there a better way to search, where else
could the app be list? This problem of locating the app and giving the user
"backup" permission to locally activate has consumed too much time and I've
researched the issue everywhere.

Can anyone give me some direction of how to locate the app and what to do?

Thanks,

If you have the CLSID {long number} you can Google Search it. Include the
accolades{}.

I'm amazed that there isn't an easier way to do this. Isn't there a "Backup Operators" group that ships with XP ? It is virtually impossible to use without special knowlege ?

I now have precisely the same problem as the original poster.

I found one DCOM app to fix the security on: The Removable Storage Manager. Then it complains about another one, that simply isn't there.
