T Tony Jollans Feb 21, 2006 #2 Aren't you the lucky one? NO WONDER YOU WANT TO SHOUT ABOUT IT! I don't know which 'appropriate box' you checked but it should appear in response to Tools > Options > View tab > Startup Task Pane checkbox.
