How do i make the page background transparent in tab control

I created a tab control in blank form. It gave me 2 pages.But the background
is always white. How do i make the background transparent?
Please help
 
If this is in Access 2003 on Windows XP, Microsoft no longer honors the
transparent setting unless you turn off themed controls under:
Tools | Options | Forms/Reports
