How do i make the column headings show everywhere

I need to know how to make the headings for the columns in excell show at the
top nomatter where you scrol in the spreadsheet.

Select a cell below your column headings, and to the right of any cells that
should also remain onscreen as the user scrolls. Window - Freeze panes.

You want to use:
<Window> <FreezePanes>.
