How do I make text boxes appear when I mouse over a part of a pic

I'm building a ppt presentation. I've got numerous images with links to
other pages. I want to make it so text boxes appear when I mouse over the
image... example: Picture car; Mouse over tire and a list of tires pops up.
Mouse over mirror and a list of mirrors pops up....etc.

Help? Please?
