How do I make my word set up like a certifactate?

Please tell me how on Microsoft word, I can change the layout to cerfticacate
way?
 
Perhaps you are asking how to change the orientation to landscape? Depending
on version, this will be on the Paper Size or Margins tab of File | Page
Setup.
