How do I make my display pic larger??

It doesn't matter how big/small my picture is, the
picture will only stretch out/shrink to fit in that tiny
square in the conversation window.
I've have seen many of my friends have large pictures in
the conversation window, how do they do that?
So instead of having the picture right next to text input
box, the picture is actually next to the conversation box
and only the text input box on the bottom. Of course,
once the picture is larger, the conversation box gets
smaller, but you can always maximize the conversation
window to get a bigger conversation box.
I just can't fingure out how do they make their pictures
so big in the conversation window??? I'd love to do that!

Anyone knows??

What you're seeing your other contacts use is a Messenger Plus! plugin called StuffPlug-NG.
