How do I make flash cards in Powerpoint

I read a Microsoft article about making flashcards in PowerPoint, and I
downloaded an example of this and of a way to make a multiple choice "quiz"
in a slide show, but there aren't specific instructions about how to do this.
Does anyone know where I can find out more?
