Without hiding rows, how do I make column headers viewable as I scroll down
the worksheet?

Select a row below the text you want to show, then use Window/Freeze Panes

You can Freeze the header row(s).

Select A2 and Window>Freeze Panes to freeze row 1.

The rule is......columns left of and rows above the selected cell will be
frozen when you Freeze Panes.

i.e. Select B2 to have Row 1 and Column A frozen.
