How do I make chages to a pdf file after coping to microsoft word

I have a doc in Adobe (pdf). I need to copy the doc into a word file and make
changes to the doc. I know how to copy the doc, but I do not know how to make
changes. Need help. Thanks
 
If you know how to copy the text into Word, then editing it is no different
than editing any Word document. How did you "copy the doc"?
