How do I make an Access database so that it can't be copied?

Ok, so I have an Access database that I want to put out on the server, and I
have enabled User-level security and generated usernames and passwords for
all the users.

However, despite the security features that Access offers, it seems that the
entire database can still be copied. I have been considering putting a
shortcut on the server and hiding the actual file, but anyone who is even
moderately technologically competent could simply right-click the shortcut
and go Properties and find the the location of the file.

I have heard that you can use ODBC to secure the file, however I have been
doing a little research on ODBC on MSDN and have yet to figure out how to do
this. If anyone could offer any suggestions, I would greatly appreciate it.

If your data needs to be secured from USERS of the app then it should not be
in an MDB file.
